Walter Jay Wiesenhutter is Chairman Emeritus of Jay Associates, Inc. In addition, he is a professor of business studies at Bucks County Community College in Newtown and has taught marketing, advertising, principles of management and e-commerce. He has been appointed the
Sam Walton Free Enterprise Fellow
for Bucks County Community College, Upper Campus, by the Students In Free Enterprise (SIFE), an international collegiate free enterprise organization, and in 1996 co-authored a college textbook, "Professional Selling: A Consultative Approach," published by McGraw-Hill.

Lewis Friedman, a Jay Associate, has spent many years as a Fortune 50 corporate executive who managed a major division's organizational changes that resulted in receipt of the "National Quality Award".
As a member of the corporate quality curriculum team, he designed, developed and implemented training programs that were used for 95,000 employees worldwide.
He has consulted, trained and facilitated senior executives with new skills and behavioral changes, that enabled them to create an empowered work force.
As a representative of the private sector, he was an active "Evaluator" of the "Presidential Quality Award" to review applications and conduct on-site visits to qualifying agencies.
